For the Annual Event 2022, Mallica Kumbera Landrus, Chair of the India-Oxford Initiative (IndOx) gave a short presentation about IndOx and what we has been doing to date, and sharing information about the various opportunities and support available to academics, researchers and students available through IndOx. Attendees were then invited to share their own experiences with IndOx and to discuss the support they would like to receive from the Initiative in an open forum discussion, which was led by a panel of members from the IndOx Strategy Board; inviting active participation in planning and shaping IndOx’s future initiatives, and providing current and prospective members of the network with an opportunity to discuss how IndOx can benefit and enable all to advance their research through funding and other support.

This was followed by a networking reception, with drinks and canapes, outside on the Harbour Lawn; providing those in attendance the opportunity to meet and connect with others from across the University, working in and on India.
